 The hospital is a service of providing inpatient facilities according to the National Guidelines of State Policy (GBHN) 2003, the national development in the field of health is directed to improve public health status, improve the quality of human resources and the quality of human life through the ease and even distribution of health services to reach all levels of society. The achievement of this condition will be marked by the increase of family welfare, the increasing of work productivity and the increasing of healthy life behavior in society to reach the goal, hence the health policy is directed to develop the energy and facilities so that adequate and able to play a role in improving public health degree (MOH RI 2003 ).             The hospital as an institution in the field of health services has changed, at the beginning of its development, the hospital is a social functioning institution, but with the existence of private hospitals, making the hospital more refers as an industry engaged in health services by managing based on the management of a business entity. Along with that, there is competition between hospitals both state-owned hospitals and private-owned hospitals, all vying to attract consumers to use his services (Novianto, 2004).            Patients will feel satisfied if there is a similarity between hope and reality of health services obtained. The satisfaction of the users of health services has a close relation with the results of the medical service of the hospital both medically and non-medical, where one of the non medical medical hospital services is the arrangement of inpatient room (Kotler P, 2002).            Patient service at hospital is a service product where satisfaction from patient both from medical and non medical, one of satisfaction of patient service in hospital is in terms of arrangement of inpatient room and equipment completeness. spatial arrangement and completeness of inpatient equipment is very important and part of the main elements in health services non-medical.            The results of the initial survey conducted in the room Bougenville RSUD dr. Soegiri on 19 January 2011 to 10 inpatients obtained data of 5 patients or 50% who stated not satisfied denagan existing conditions, and 5 patients or 50% said it was satisfied with the conditions that exist during the care.   Factors that affect patient satisfaction in hospitalization is the arrangement of space and equipment completeness. Spatial arrangement includes; inpatient layout, spatial arrangement pattern, lighting, air ventilation, inferior system, and equipment completeness include; non-medical health equipment in the inpatient room (gunadarma, 2008). From indicators that affect patient satisfaction can lead to different responses from patients ie patients who are satisfied with the comfort of spatial arrangement and completeness of inpatient ward equipment.            Health workers provide improved services with a friendly and polite attitude and strive to improve service performance optimally with the ability of services available in sufficient quantities and types so that inpatients feel satisfaction with the existing spatial arrangement.            Based on the description above researchers interested to examine the patient's dissatisfaction with the arrangement of inpatient room in the room Bougenville RSUD dr. Soegiri, because the patient's dissatisfaction can affect the decrease of the number of inpatients in RSUD dr. Soegiri. From the description above there are several factors that affect patient satisfaction in inpatient Bougenville Room RSUD dr. Soegiri, the researchers limit the factors of space and the spacing of the equipment room
