what is the difference between  phrasal and phrases?

Phrase – sekelompok kata (2 kata atau lebih) yang dapat difungsikan sebagai kata benda, kata kerja, kata sifat, atau sebagai kata keterangan.

Phrasal verb – verb+preposition yang membentuk arti yang berbeda dari kata-kata tersebut.

Contoh noun phrase:
The house at the end of the street belongs to a billionaire.
“The house at the end of the street” adalah noun phrase

Contoh phrasal verb:
“go through” – mengalami.
Verb: go. Preposition: through.
They went through a lot of trouble because of the earthquake.
